The Merchant of Venice by the Royal Shakespeare in Stratford on Avon

About Me:

They say your first memories are often your sweetest and that is why I chose The Merchant of Venice as my favourite performance. It was the first time I had ever seen a live play and I've been hooked by the arts and Shakespeare ever since. I love books and have an eclectic and rather jumbled library. I write christian material, particularly biography, for children and youth. I live in the U.K. I also do editiorial for a Christian publisher and run a blog, intermittently on Yahoo called Hurrah4books.

Sometimes it's hard to see the faces if we don't get there early enough, but they do a great job and laying in the grass with a bottle of wine always makes it more fun. It's relaxed in that setting. You don't have to impress anyone.
