I started a whiteout project today. By that, I mean several layers of gesso over paintings that only exist to show how far I've come in the last few years. I'm careful not to destroy the ones that stand as markers of sharp turns and moments of discovery, but the ones that just make me shake my head are OUT OF HERE! What happened with the judging? I wasn't able to make the exhibit with all my trips (three in three weeks!).
So nice to see a fellow artist out and about in cyberspace. From what Heather described, your prayer art sounds really cool. I would've loved to have attended to seminar you led.
My pieces aren't any good, but I have them in my office as reminders that God is working, even if I don't always see it.
